These guys deserve an award for THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!!!! Their attitude towards their customers is self righteous and just plain wrong. I'll definitely be ordering from AL's from now on!

Called and ordered a pizza tonight to be delivered to my hotel. Girl at the counter got my phone number wrong and they never came with pizza. Didn't try calling the hotel or room number I gave either. Owner didn't care one bit and offered nothing for the trouble. Plenty of other places to go to get pizza. Horrible experience and customer treatment.

Usually the service at this brucci's is great! Until today when Sydney H gave horrible service. We order a coke and water with no ice. She handed us to cups with ice in one but not the other. No big deal! We kindly asked for the coke to have no ice, Sydney snatched the cup from us basically threw the cup into the fountain because she was so annoyed, annoyed she couldn't do her job correct I assume. Had she been listening to our to-go order instead of cashing someone else out (that was behind us) she would of gotten the order correct. It's not too complicated, the unprofessional attitude and glare from the server was uncalled for. As a local in Ponte Vedra, as long as she's working there, I will not be going back. This is not the first time we've been treated badly by Sydney. Also, who charges for plastic silverware with your to go meal?

We came for the Thursday 1 dollar event. We ordered a beer and wine and two slices of pizza. The pizza was very good. The wine was horrible so I ordered a beer which was good. After our first two slices we ordered two more. Somehow the pizza tasted completely different. Not good different. The service was horrible. We never had the same server. I asked for the check from a male server that never brought it so I just went up to the counter to pay. The couple at the table next to us wound up just leaving without paying because they waited so long. I would have at least put some cash on the table. Anyway, you would think for their Thursday special they would be better prepared for the rush and chaos. I can't say we would go back again due to poor service and the inconsistency with the food.

Pizza not bad but way too expensive...it was $64 for one large pizza with 5 toppings and a small gluten free pizza with 5 toppings - except they left a topping off. Just be aware and knowledgable of the prices and what you order because we assumed it was going to be a standard price for a decent pizza place and they did not tell us the price until they got to our doorstep. Delivery guy seemed like a nice guy though.

We were here for $1 slice, $1 beer, $1 wine night on Thursday. This is a popular night for families. My sons and I sat at the hightop bar overlooking the pizza ovens. Perhaps this was a mistake, because it seemed we weren't in any particular waitress' section. Service was terrible. It took forever for my son's slices to come out, despite the fact that many cheese pizzas were displayed, already prepared, right in front of us at the prep area. I thought ordering a slice of cheese pizza on dollar slice night would be a quick order. I was wrong. We were just killing time while waiting for the car to be fixed, so I didn't complain, but it was ridiculously slow. We had to wait for our check too. Then, the kids drinks cost more than 3 slices of pizza. It would've been cheaper to order beer than sweet tea, which cost like 2 cents to make. The pizza was fine, standard New York style slices. Nothing special. My kids liked it though. If you have lots of time to spare, and you can take advantage of dollar wine while convincing your kids to drink water, try Brucci's on Thursday nights.

The next time you want Domino's, Little Caesar's, Pizza Hut or chain-restaurant pizza, punch yourself directly in the face. There is such great pizza in the Jacksonville Beach area that is inexpensive and deeeelicious. Brucci's Pizza is (in my opinion) the tops. The service is terrific. The waitresses are nice, helpful and fun to chat with, all very knowledgable of the menu. The location is extremely clean and a pleasant environment to have a meal in. Bruce, the owner of Brucci's, is a super friendly guy and a good businessman. Very fair, very successful, for a reason. On Thursdays, Brucci's serves $1 slices (they're big! NY style!), $1 beers, $1 glasses of wine ... all day. One of the best deals in the beaches area, seriously. If you like Italian food from someone who knows Italian food, Brucci's will be your jam. Go try it out ... you'll keep coming back.

2 1/2 stars .... this place has everything going for it location location location . Its open when others are not..... in the area. How hard is it to take one slice of pizza put a few ingredients.. ( never did taste my sun dried tomatoes ) and place in oven come on people the pizza is already made. So it came out burnt all they were doing was re heating it? So much attention to detail????The reason this place has the biz is because, the place next door Mango or something like that is not open on Monday and this is a busy area... Come on.....

Best pizza in PVB! We come down twice a year to visit family and have struggled to find good pizza. If you like medium thickness (a bit thicker than traditional NY-style), you will love Brucci's. All of their ingredients are freshly cut and prepared and you will taste it in every bite. We should have figured it out long before, since the locals pack 'em in!

Nice casual atmosphere and the best Gluten-free pizza we've ever experienced - very nice corn-based thin crust Nice variety of non-Gluten-free as well - good for families and adults without kids Only thing keeping it from a 5star(for a pizza joint) is the price but quality was very nice

First time it was realllllly long service. Waited about 20mins just to get a drink. Giving it 4 stars because food was cheap and good. This has now become one of my lunch spots. Been here 3times in 1 week and service has greatly improved! Waitress remembers me and what i order and brings it out. Our office orders pizza from here as well

I just wasn't very impressed with Brucci's when I went. My grandmother and I were looking for something different (we usually go to Al's) and decided to give Brucci's a try. It's not that it's bad. I've had bad pizza, and this isn't it. It just doesn't have that wow factor for me to keep me coming back. Especially when Al's is a five minute walk from my front door.

I wasn't impressed with bruccis. I ordered Alfredo and a salad plus cheesecake while I was pregnant. I ended up with a bad case of food poisoning and in the hospital the same night... needless to say, I don't intend on going back. the service wasn't very great. it took the servers a few minutes to acknowledge me even though I was stand at the counter basically staring at them. the taste of the food honestly wasn't bad at all and the cheesecake was great -- but knowing the food gave me food poisoning is reason enough for me to not go back..

For someone who's been living in PVB for a while, we haven't been to too many PVB restaurants. We came to watch the pizza eating contest during Superbowl weekend and finally decided to give it a try. Taste: We're definitely thin crust people so we were happy with what we got. It isn't as crispy as Brooklyn pizza as their pizza is thin also but this place is a lot closer so we'll definitely be back. Portion: Reasonable and what I expected. Service: Good - As the night went on, it waned as they were getting busier and I don't believe they had enough servers. Price: $$ Decore/Ambiance: Red, bistro-like, sports on TVs. Definitely a family friendly place. One of the few places we've been in PVB where we weren't the youngest... besides McDonalds =)

I enjoy Brucci's in PVB. They have a friendly and relaxed environment with good food. I eat there at least once a week and have not tired of the food. They have enough on the menu I can always find something to make me happy. The lunch specials are well priced ($6-$7 with drink) for the area as most places here are expensive for lunch ($10-$15). The owners and employees work hard and i think it shows in their food and service. I think you should try it!

we had a pasta party here before a kids tri...they arranged it for us and couldnt have been nicer....we walked in and there was a long table for us, all set up and ready. They even gave us a special email with a discount off the pizza if the parents wanted to eat there as well. Highly recommend it for an early end of season party for sports...so much so that we have another pasta party scheduled friday before a 5k with another group!
